These Terms of Service govern your use of the FlowMoney website and mobile app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Our Services

FlowMoney LLC is a financial technology company providing a digital wallet and payments interface that connects customers with financial services offered through authorized third-party providers. FlowMoney is not a bank and does not independently provide banking, custody, money transmission, or card issuance services. Regulated financial services, where available, are provided through authorized financial partners and are subject to eligibility, geographic restrictions, regulatory requirements, and partner approval. Some features described on our website may be under development and not yet available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to facilitate fraud, to transmit harmful code, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. We may investigate and take action against misuse.

Card Services

FlowMoney does not independently issue debit or credit cards. Card services are planned and, where available, would be provided through an approved issuing partner. Card availability is subject to partner approval and launch, and card use would be subject to the cardholder agreement provided with your card.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from FlowMoney LLC related to your account, including login verification codes, two-factor authentication, security alerts, and transaction notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and may request assistance by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Separate, optional consent is required for promotional and marketing text messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowMoney is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
